Process
Navigate to the Range Reservation Calendar
1. Click on the Range menu

Create a Range Reservation
1. Click on the allotted desired time slot for the Range Reservationrange reservation

2. Click in the Customer/Member Field field. Type in the Primary Customerprimary customer/Membermember.
If there is an additional shooter:
3. Click in the Additional Shooter Field field. Type in the Additional Shooteradditional shooter.

4. Choose the Amount number of Lanes lanes that the Party party is reserving
5. Ensure the Lane lane is correct

If this is a Walk-In:
6. Click Check-In Now

7. Ensure the Date date and Time Period time period is correct

If the Customer is renting Firearms:
1. Click on the Box to select Rent FirearmsCheck the Rent Firearm(s) checkbox to expand the rental product selection

2. Scan the Barcode barcode of the Rentalrental
3. Select the intended Rental Product rental product and ensure the proper Serial serial number

If the Customer is purchasing Products:
1. Click on Check the Box to Sell Products checkbox

2. Insert/Scan scan the Barcodebarcode, UPC, Product Number product number of the Productproduct
3. Manually enter the Quantity quantity of the Productsproducts

If the Customer is reserving a Lane for later use:
1. Click Save

2. When the Reservation reservation is saved, it will be available on the Shooting Range Reservation Calendar calendar to action at the appropriate time.
If the Customer is checking in or in attendance now:

Create one SO for all shooters
this This action will create one Sales Order sales order for both the Primary primary and the Additional Shooter additional shooter and will be under the Primary Shooter Nameprimary shooter name.
Create Separate SO for each shooter
this This action will create a separate Sales Order sales order for each Shooter shooter both under the Primary primary and the Additional Shooteradditional shooter.
Select Range Reservation Process:

Check-In Only
The Range Reservation range reservation will be checked and all items (Lane Fees, Rental Product Fees, Additional, Sell Productslane fees, rental product fees, additional sell products) will be pended pending to pay be paid for upon Checkoutcheckout.
Check-In & Create SO
A Sales Order sales order will be created to pay for all items (Lane Fees, Product Fees, Additional Sell Productslane fees, product fees, additional sell products) in adherence to the selected Payment Processpayment process. Upon Finalization finalization of the Sales Ordersales order, the Party party will be checked in.
Create SO & Pay Only
A Sales Order sales order will be created to pay for all items (Lane Fees, Product Fees, Additional Sell Products) in adhere lane fees, product fees, additional sell products) in adherence to the selected Payment Processpayment process. The Range Reservation range reservation will be saved on the Shooting Range Reservation Calendar calendar to action at a later time.

Close the Range Reservation.
5. Upon After the given preceding actions above, the Range Reservation range reservation will be in a Checkedchecked-In in or Saved Statussaved status.
