  4. Select the Member Name member name to auto-apply.

After the Guest Pass guest pass is applied

6. Verify the Pricing pricing is correct on the Primary primary and Additional Shooteradditional shooter

Create one SO for all shooters

The Primary Shooter’s Lane Fee, the Additional Shooter’s Lane Fee primary shooter’s lane fee, the additional shooter’s lane fee and any applicable Rental rental and Products products will be one SO sales order under the Primary Shooter’s Nameprimary shooter’s name.

Create separate SO for each shooter

The Primary Shooter’s Lane Fee primary shooter’s lane fee and any applicable Rental rental and Products products will be on the Primary Shooter’s Sales Order. The Additional Shooter’s Lane Fee primary shooter’s sales order. The additional shooter’s lane fee will be on the Additional Shooter’s Sales Orderadditional shooter’s sales order.

Range Reservation Process

Check-In and Create SO

  • The Sales Orders sales orders will be created according to the Payment Process depicted payment process selected above.

  • Upon finalization of the Sales Ordersales order(s), the Shooters shooters will be checked-in.

  • If the Sales Ordersales order(s) are not finalized and paid, the Reservation reservation will have a 'P' label, stating the Shooter shooter will need to pay.

Create SO (Pay Only)

  • Create an SO a sales order at this time

  • The Sales Orders sales orders will be created according to the Payment Process depicted payment process selected above.

  • The Reservation reservation will not be checked-in.

  • The Reservation reservation can be checked-in on the User’s user’s behalf.

Close

  • The Reservation reservation will be Savedsaved, no further action will be taken.

After taking one of the actions above

2. System Action action will be taken to proceed with the Reservation reservation

To action (edit, delete, or mark as exception) the User user will need to navigate to the Membershipmembership

Use Case:

The Guest Pass guest pass for James Bailey (Membermember) was used for Donna Bailey (Additionaladditional) by accident. It should’ve should have been for John Doe as the Additionaladditional.

1. Click on the Pencil icon to Editedit

2. Type in the Guest Name to utilize the Customer Dropcustomer drop-down

4. Edit the Used Date if needed

Delete

Use Case:

The Guest Pass guest pass was used by mistake, we need to delete the Guest Pass Entryguest pass entry.

1. Click on the trashcan icon to delete

2. The User user will then receive a confirmation if they would like to proceed

  • The Guest Pass guest pass will no longer show in the Guest Pass Box section

  • The number will no longer show as Usedused

Mark as Exception

Use Case:

The Business will grant this Guest Pass guest pass as an exception and won’t be counted towards the total used.

1. Click on the checkmark Checkmark icon to mark as an exception

  • The checkmark will turn green

  • The total used and remaining will be updated to depicted 1 show one less used
