Create a Sales Order

  1. Click on the Point of Sale menu

up the Membership Package

  1. Enter the Membership Package Name membership package name into Product Description column field

  2. Press Enter on your keyboard

  3. Trident1 will populate the Sales Line Item sales line item for the Membership Packagemembership package

  4. The User user will receive a Package Details Confirmation dialog

  5. Select Customer customer Notification Preference

  6. Select whether or not to auto-renew the membership

  7. Finalize Sales Order the sales order by choosing the payment method

Notes:

  • If the Package package is set to Autorenewauto-renew, a Credit Card credit card will be the only payment option available.

  • If the Package package is set to Monthly monthly billing, a Credit Card credit card will be the only payment option available.

  • If the Package package is not set to Autorenew and Annualauto-renew and the package billing frequency is set to ‘Annual’, all payment options will be available.
