There’s 2 There are two parts to the Company Details:
Corporate Company

This is where the Settings settings for the overall Site site live. These Settings settings will apply to all of the Locations locations within the Domaindomain.
Individual Locations

This is where the locations for each Location company live. These Settings settings will ONLY only apply to the Location location specified.

This is editing the Corporate Company the details for the entire company as stated above.

The Address Tab tab will display all of the Address Identifying Information address identifying information that will show on a Purchase Order Invoice and a Sales Order Invoicepurchase orders, invoices and sales order Invoices.
All Fields fields are editable and highly advised to ensure POpurchase order/SO sales order accuracy.
General Tab

The General Tab tab will display additional details available for editing the Location location and customization of the Location’s location’s site
The Following Fields are It is advised to Edit edit the following fields and ensure their Accuracyaccuracy:
a. Federal Firearms License # - Optional - Input the Location’s FFL License Number> click on location’s FFL license number > click the Binoculars to verify the FFL License # and validity.
b. FFL Documentation - Optional - attach FFL documentation for the Locationlocation.
c. Initials - Optional - customize the Prefixes prefixes on certain System system and Process process created Products products for easier navigation and product identifying descriptions.
d. Floating Drawer - covered in How the article, ‘How to Create an EOD ReconciliationReconciliation’
e. This location takes Deposits - click check this box to enable Deposits deposits for the location.
f. Document Preference - this will be the default Document Preference document preference from a Sales Order sales order that will be automatically printed.
g. EoD Starting Drawer Amount - covered in How the article, ‘How to Create an EOD ReconciliationReconciliation’

The Tax Tab tab will display the Tax Settings tax settings specifically for the location.
The following Fields are It is advised to Edit edit the following fields and ensure their Accuracyaccuracy:
a. State (Tax) - the State Tax state tax for the Locationlocation
b. Local (Tax) - local and municipality Tax municipal tax for the Locationlocation
c. Silo (Tax) - additional and Silo Tax silo tax for the Locationlocation
d. Sales Order Trade-In Tax - setting to tax the Trade-In Line Item trade-in line item on the Sales Ordersales order

Email & Print Copy Tab
The Email & Print Copy Tab tab allows for customization of Printing printing for the location.

Red Circle. Autoprint copiesCopies - this allows for defines the customization of the software to print single or multiple number of copies of invoices to print.
Blue Circle. From Email - this allows for the customization of the software to depict a certain Email from where invoices and statements will originatedefines the email address that will appear in the ‘From’ field when sending emails.
