If the SN serial number is available:

  • Click on the SN Popup within the QOH Recordlink beside the Quantity On Hand field

If the SN is unavailable

  • Click on Expand the SN History section on the Product Recordproduct record

  • Hover the mouse over ProductsHover

  • Then hover over Products

  • Click on SN Log

  • Utilize the Search search to find the SNserial number
