Overview

This article is meant to inform users of the process to perform an inventory.

Process

1. Click the Data Tools menu

   Open

   

2. Click the Reports tab

   Open

   

3. Scroll down to the Inventory/Products section and click the Scan Physical Inventory Report

4. Choose your Location in the drop-down

5. Choose your numerical parameters on the far right hand side

6. Click Scan Inventory

7. As you continue to scan, update the QoH field which will update your product availability record

8. After you have concluded your count, click Save
