How to Create a Vendor - Simple
Overview
This article is meant to inform the user on how to create a vendor in order to receive products and inventory.
Process
Log in to Trident1
1. Visit the Trident1 provided portal
2. Enter your username and password
3. Click Login
Navigate to Vendor Creation
1. Hover the mouse over the Products menu
2. Then hover over Vendors
3. Click Create Vendor
Create your Vendor
Vendor Information
1. Fill in Vendor Name
2. Fill in Vendor Abbreviation
3. Fill in Phone
4. Fill in Email
Additional Information
1. Click the drop-down to select between ‘Manufacturer’ or ‘Supplier’
2. Enter in the Vendor's Federal Firearms License (if applicable)
3. Fill in Contact First Name
4. Fill in Contact Middle Name
5. Fill in Contact Last Name
6. Fill in License Name
7. Click on the drop-down to select FFL Expiration Date
8. Fill in the Trade Name
9. Fill in Organization Name
Address Information
1. Fill in Street
2. If applicable, fill in the PO Box field
3. Fill in City
4. Fill in State
5. Fill in Zip Code
6. If the vendor is not based in the United States, fill in the Country field (this is not required)
7. Click Save
