Overview

This article is intended to inform the user on how to create a store transfer of products.

Process

Log in to Trident1

1. Visit the Trident1 provided portal

2. Enter your username and password

3. Click Login

Open

Conventions

Two parties will be mentioned in this article.

Transferor is the business sending the Inventory to the receiving location

Transferee is the business receiving the Inventory from the sending location

Creating the Store Transfer

Transferor

1. Hover the mouse over the Products menu

2. Then hover over Store Transfer

3. Click Create a Store Transfer

4. Select the sending location using the From location drop-down

5. Select the receiving location using the To location drop-down

6. Select the ST Type from the drop-down

7. Fill out the product line items with the product #s that you are intending to transfer

8. Select the serial number(s) that you would like to transfer

9. Click Finalize at the bottom once you have finished the transaction

Note: Clicking Finalize does not dispose the item

Sending the Store Transfer

Transferor

1. Hover the mouse over the Products menu

2. Click Store Transfer

3. Click Show All

4. Click the arrow to mark as sent

5. Click Yes to confirm

Transferee

1. Hover the mouse over the Products menu

2. Then hover over Store Transfer

3. Click Receive by TRN Number

4. Click the magnifying glass to pull up pending store transfers awaiting receipt

5. Click the arrow to populate the Store Transfer

6. Click Select SN to select the serial number

7. Click the checkbox next to the desired serial number to select it

8. Click Verify & Select Serial Number(s) to Receiving ST

9. Click Save to finish the store transfer
