This Article will instruct the User how to create a Loyalty Offer in Trident1. A Loyalty Offer can be utilized for frequent visitors of your business to obtain points for discounting of future purchases.

Process

Navigate to the Loyalty Offer Module

1.Hover over Customer

2.Hover over Loyalty Offer

3.Click on Create Loyalty Offer

Create a Loyalty Offer

1.Click in the Offer Name Field. Name the Loyalty Offer.

2.Click in the Offer Reward Field. Define the Amount of Loyalty Offer and its increment.

3.Click in the Offer Start Date Field. Define when when the Loyalty Offer begins.
