Overview

This article is meant to inform the user on how to create a sell price plan in Trident1.

Process

Navigate to the Sell Price Plan Module

1. Hover the mouse over the Products menu

2. Then hover over Pricing

3. Click Sell Price Plans

Open

Create the Sell Price Plan

1. Click the + (plus) icon at the top right

Open

2. Fill in the Price Plan Name

3. Fill in the Price Plan Description

4. Click Save

5. Click the sell price plan name from the Sell Price Plan listings screen

6. Click the Add Rule button

7. Click the Pencil icon in the Product Division field. Define the product division then click OK.

Note: If you would like the sell price plan to include all product divisions, enter *** in the field

8. Click the Pencil icon in the Manufacturer field. Define the manufacturer then click OK. (Optional)

9. Click the Pencil icon in the Type field. Define the type then click OK. (Optional)

10. Click the Pencil icon in the Product Number field. Type or scan in the product number then click OK. (optional)

11. Click the Pencil icon in the Price Level field. Utilize the drop-down to select the Price field then click OK.

12. Click the Pencil icon in the Times field. Define the decimal value representing percentage to be paid after discount then click OK (E.g. enter .85 to give the customer a 15% discount)

Example: Johns Gun Shop uses PF1 as the Sell Price field, their members enjoy a 15% discount on all items.

The Product Division field would be ***

The Price Level field would be PF1

The Time fields would be .85 (1.00-.85=.15 or 15%)

12. Click Save

Assign the Sell Price Plan

From the Customer Record

1. Navigate to a customer

2. Scroll down to Customer Detail section

3. Click the downward carat to expand the section

4. Click in the Sell Price field

5. Select a sell price plan

6. Click Save

From a Membership Package

1. Navigate to a membership package (hover the mouse over Memberships menu > Click Membership Packages)

2. Click the Show All button to see all membership packages

3. Click the package name in the Membership Package Name column

2. Click Edit

3. Click the Product Pricing drop-down

4. Select ‘Sell Price Plan’

5. Select desired price plan from the Sell Price Plan drop-down

6. Click Save
