How to Create a Membership Package

Overview

This article is meant to inform the user on how to create a membership package in Trident1.

Process

  1. Hover the mouse over the Memberships menu

  2. Then hover over Membership Packages

  3. Click Create Membership Package

How to Create a Membership Package

1.Click the Membership Package Number field. Enter the number to identify the membership
Note: This is a Alpha Numeric field

2. Click in the Membership Package Name field. Enter the name of the membership package

3. Click in the Dues field. Define the dues - the recurring monthly or annual amount for the membership

4. Click the Duration drop-down. The duration is the length of the membership

5. Membership Type will always be “New Member Sign-Up SKU”

6. Click on the Billing Frequency drop-down. The billing frequency is the recurrence of the dues to maintain the membership status

 

7. Check or uncheck the Auto Renew checkbox to enable or disable the automatic renewal of the package at the end of the duration period
Note: The Auto Renew checkbox is automatically checked

8. Check or uncheck the Can add sub-members checkbox to enable or disable the ability to add sub-members to the membership

9. Click in the Unit Barcode field. Scan or enter the barcode for the package; this is the equivalent of a product number

10. Click in the Fees field. Define the fees- this is a one-time fee at the start of the membership to initiate the membership

11. Select the Available Bay/Room of the shooting range that the membership package has access to

Note: This field is most pertinent when your members have special access to VIP-only rooms

12. Select the Notification Preference to communicate to the members for membership-related communications

 

13. Click in the Sub Member Fee field. Define the initiation fee to add to additional sub-members

14. Click the Product Pricing drop-down. Select the product pricing field or sell price plan that the member will pay for purchases

15. Check or uncheck the Is pricing applied to submember checkbox to enable or disable special product pricing for the sub-members

16. Click the Part Status drop-down to select it as active or inactive. If a part status is set to active, it is readily available for purchase to the customer

17. Click the Taxable drop-down to select it as always or never. If a part status is set to ‘Always’, it will be taxed at the point of sale

18. Click Save once completed
