A Membership membership Extension is best utilize when the Business is needed to add on additional days or months to a Membership membership but is not ringing up for a new Membership membership entirely.

In the Search CS Custom Settle by Title Field field:

1. Type in ‘extension’

2. Click on the setting for Permission to Use Membership Extension [insert SS]in the drop-down

5. Click the arrows to move the highlighted role over [insert SS-steps 3 to 5]to the enabled roles listbox

How to Extend a Membership

Create a Sales Order

1. Click on the Point of Sale menu

2. Insert Type the Member Name member’s name in the Customer Name Fieldfield

3. Insert the Product Type ‘Membership Extension’ in the Product Number or Product Description Field[insert SS] field

Extend the Membership

At this point, you should have received a popup notating will see the the Membership Details and the Extension Detailsdialog

1. Click the Radial button for the Extension Mode be it Days or Months[insert SS]For the Extension Mode, click the radio button for ‘Days’ or ‘Months’

2. Enter the Extension Value[insert SS]
