Overview

This article is meant to provide Users inform users of Trident1 the process to perform an Inventoryinventory.

Process

1. Click on the Data Tools on the upper module menu

   

2. Click on the Reports tab

   

3. Scroll down to the Inventory/Products module section and click on the Scan Physical Inventory Report

   

4. Choose your Location within in the drop-down

   

5. Choose your numerical parameters on the far right hand side

   

6. Click on Scan Inventory

   

7. As you continue to scan, update the QoH field which will update your Product product availability Recordrecord

8. After you have concluded your count, click on Save
