Twilio is a 3rd third party API that is utilized for SMS Texting in Trident1. This Article article will instruct the User user on how to connect your Twilio Account account to your Trident1 Domaindomain.

1. Sign up for Twilio
Gather API Information
Within In Twilio:
Account ID
1. Click on Home
[insert SS]
2. Copy the Account SID
API Key
1. Click Home on Home to the left-hand side

2. Click on Settings
[insert SS]
3. Click on API Keys
[insert SS]
4. Click on the + sign to create a new API Keykey
[insert SS]
5. Click in the Friendly Name Fieldfield. Enter in Trident1.

6. Click on the drop-downfor Key Type. Select Standard‘Standard’.

7. Click on Create API Key
[insert SS]
8. Copy the SID
9. Click on the box for Got it!
10. Click on Done

Phone Number
1. Find the Phone Number phone number associated to your Twilio Accountaccount
2. Copy the Phone Number phone number
Connect Twilio API to Trident1
Within In Trident1:
Navigate to Twilio Setting
1. Click on the Personal & Admin menu

2. Click on the Twilio widget
[insert SS]

3. Click in the Account ID Fieldfield. Insert the Twilio Account account SID
4. Click in the Key Fieldfield. Paste the SID gathered from the API Key Pagekey page.
5. Click in the Phone Fieldfield. Paste the Phone Number phone number associated to your Twilio Accountaccount.
