How to Hide Product fields

Overview

This article is meant to inform the user on how to hide product fields that are not applicable

Process

Log in to Trident1

1. Visit the Trident1 provided portal

2. Enter your username and password

3. Click Login

Visit the Role Settings

1. Hover the mouse over the Personal & Admin menu

2. Then hover over Users & Access Management

3. Click Roles

4. Click the specific role you intend to modify

View the Products Fields Shown

When on the specific role edit page

1. Scroll down the page to the Products row

2. Click the downward carat in the Fields & Tools Settings column for the Products row to show the options

The checked boxes are the fields that are currently displayed on the Product Information page

Edit the Product Fields shown:

1. Click Edit at the top right

 

2. Scroll down the page to the Products row and, click on the downward carat to expand the Products row

3. Check/uncheck the boxes that you would like to enable/disable on the Product Information page

4. Click Save and the Product Information page will now be customized for the role

Note: If you would like to have these fields hidden for all roles, please contact support as this action requires a Master Admin role.
