How to Add Sub-Members to a Membership

Overview

This article is intended to inform the user on how to add sub-members to a primary member's membership

Process

Log in to Trident1

1. Visit the Trident1 provided portal

2. Enter your username and password

3. Click Login

How to Add Sub-Members

1. Click the Memberships menu

2. Search for the customer

3. Click the Membership Number of the customer’s record

If Family is set to ‘No’

4. Click the membership Package Name

5. Click Edit

6. Check the Can add sub-members checkbox to enable this option

7. Click Save

Go back to the Membership Information and refresh the Page

8. Set the Family Setting to ‘Yes’ by clicking Edit and checking the box for Family

9. Click Save

Adding Sub-Members

Note: The intended sub-members must first be added as customers

1. Click Add Sub Members

2. Find the intended sub-member

3. Select intended sub-member

4. Click Pay

Note: the fee is directly related to the sub-member fee specified on the membership package

The sub-member is now saved to the member's membership package
