Export Sales Orders Data

Overview

This article is meant to inform the User on the process to export Sales Order Data.

Process

Log in to Trident1

1. Visit the Trident1 provided portal

2. Enter your username and password

3. Click Login

Visit the Sales Order Module

1. Hover the mouse over the Point of Sale menu

2. Click Sales Orders to bring up the sales order listings page

 

3. Click Show All to show all of your sales orders

 

4. Ensure that the columns are depicted to your preference

 

Note: If you need to edit the columns. Click the Edit button, choose your criteria, and click Save

 

Once you have verified your columns are to your preference

Export Sales Order Process

1.Click the Export Sales Orders button (Cloud with an arrow pointing up) at the top right of your screen

 

2. Choose your export criteria

3. Check the checkboxes of the fields you would like to appear in your export

4. Click Export Sales Orders

 

5. Click on the Select box to choose your export, then click Export

 

6. The file handling dialog will appear

7. Choose the action that you would like to perform.

a. Open with - choose this option to open the file immediately using the application selected in the drop-down

b. Save File - This will save the file to your downloads folder

8. Click OK to perform the desired action

At this point, if you chose the Open with option and you have Excel on your computer, you can open the file by double-clicking it in the Windows Explorer
