Overview

This Article is meant to inform the User how to utilize manual Credit Cards in Trident1.

Note: currently the use of American Express is being investigated by Trident1 and whether or not it is accepted through the Manual CC function.

Process

1. Click the Point of Sale menu

    

   Open

   

    

2. Utilize the Customer Name field to find the customer
   
   

   Open

   

    

3. Add product to the sales order

    

    

4. Ensure sell price and tax are correct

    

    

5. Click Credit Card Manual payment option
   
   

6. Enter the card details
   a. Card Number
   b. Expire Month
   c. Expire Year
   d. CVV

7. Click Make Payment
